PATCHES HEART GROUP

We would just like to share this from our friends over at Heart to Heart UK 

This section is for our Heart to Heart (UK) Group Members to purchase Cubbies for their own children with Congenital Heart Defects, or to sponsor other children with the similar conditions or to sponsor an Angel Heart Warrior Cubbie for parents who have tragically lost their baby/child to Congenital Heart Defects (CHD)

Heart to Heart (UK) is a Facebook group aimed at sending Heart Warrior Cubbies to children all over the UK using donations or by sponsors purchasing for the children included on our waiting list.

If not purchasing for your own child, please ensure you insert the child's parents Facebook name in order that we can contact them for full details and postal address.

We are extremley proud  to announce Casey Beau has been shortlisted for a British Heart Foundation Heart Hero award x

We are  really pleased to announce to you that our founder Maria Linfield has made the Tesco Mum of the year 2015 shortlist ,alongside some amazing mums all who do so much to help others x

We would like to say a huge thankyou once again to Gareth Paterson , John Jonno Iliffe , Joe Wadsworth , Richard Smith and Louise Smith for taking part in the Leeds 10k to raise money for us in memory of Cerys x 

We are pleased to announce the total raised is a massive £779.83 

This will make a huge difference to us supporting heart families in the community Thankyou never seems enough x

We  had a fantastic day at our chd walk in Derby the day started quite wet but the sun came out after an hour or so we had a good laugh and PATCHES bear was quite a hit with the football fans and the general public x

We had a fantastic day cheering on Team Patches at the Asda Leeds 10K on the 20th July :-)
